Operations Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality recurring business reports for leadership reviews and operational planning.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and key insights from raw data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze Technical Services processes, pricing models, and deal structures to support business growth.
• Perform financial, forecasting, and capacity-related analyses in partnership with Finance teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data is accurately ingested, cleaned, and documented.
• Design and build Tableau dashboards that enable stakeholders to self-serve their reporting needs.
• Translate complex technical analysis into concise narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Balance recurring reporting tasks with strategic ad-hoc projects as business priorities shift.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on analytics and business reporting experience or 3+ years with an MBA or equivalent degree.
• Skilled at cleaning, transforming, and blending data using Python and/or SQL.
• Experience reporting on Salesforce data.
• Experience creating automated dashboards for stakeholder self-service in Tableau.
• Strong understanding of sales and services processes, especially in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts and data stories to non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
• Ability to identify data signals, trend changes, and anomalies to provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Technical Support businesses and/or products (preferred).
