Business Operations Analyst IV

What you'll do

• Manage CRM sales system enhancements from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and post-launch support.
• Document user stories, business requirements, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications for technical teams.
• Analyze current sales processes to identify gaps and drive simplification, standardization, and scalability.
• Improve data quality and develop reporting dashboards across CRM, Power BI, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead user adoption through training, communication plans, user guides, and onboarding programs.
• Coordinate project lifecycles by maintaining trackers, action logs, and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
• Execute testing activities including UAT, defect triage, regression testing, and release validation.

What we're looking for

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, CRM systems, sales operations, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or SAP CRM.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting processes, and mapping workflows.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, opportunity management, pipeline management, data quality, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience supporting Agile or Scrum delivery, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and defect management.
• Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Jira Service Management, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create training materials, release communications, and user guides for change management.
• Preferred experience in the semiconductor industry, automation, AI-enabled workflows, or Six Sigma methods.
