What you'll do

Implement and maintain link budget and RF system models for various use cases like mobility and gateway.
Run sensitivity and corner analyses to determine performance margins and drive design tradeoffs.
Define RF system KPIs and integrate them into automated analysis and reporting pipelines.
Develop simulation scripts and tools using Python, Matlab, SystemVue, or HFSS to support architecture reviews.
Coordinate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure models reflect real-world implementation constraints.
Define test plans for lab and field campaigns to validate system models against physical hardware.
Analyze measured data against predicted performance to propose corrective actions or model updates.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
Experience with distributed systems at scale (preferred).
Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
