RF Design Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and optimize antenna and array architectures including element selection, lattice, and feeding networks.
• Model over-the-air links and system performance using ITU/3GPP style analysis.
• Own end-to-end RF performance from ADC/DAC through the RF front-end to antenna radiation.
• Simulate element and array performance, mutual coupling, and scan loss using EM and RF design tools.
• Define and maintain antenna specifications at the module, aperture, and system levels.
• Support prototype builds, bring-up, and test campaigns for active antennas in chamber and over-the-air environments.
• Provide DFM and DFT feedback for antenna boards, modules, and test fixtures.
• Define calibration strategies for array calibration, beam equalization, and phase/amplitude error mitigation.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
• Experience with distributed systems at scale (preferred).
• Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
