Antenna & RF Front-End Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and optimize antenna architectures including element selection, feeding networks, and beam-forming strategies.
• Manage end-to-end RF performance from ADC/DAC through the front-end to antenna radiation.
• Simulate element and array performance using EM and RF design tools like HFSS or CST.
• Define and maintain technical specifications for antennas at the module, aperture, and system levels.
• Support prototype builds, bring-up, and over-the-air validation in test chambers.
• Provide DFM and DFT feedback for antenna boards, modules, and test fixtures.
• Develop and deploy code to support testing, simulation, and validation of antenna systems.
• Write technical design reports and test summaries for leadership and cross-functional partners.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• Experience designing and optimizing antenna architectures including phased arrays, reflectors, and feeding networks.
• Proficiency in using EM and RF design tools such as HFSS, CST, or AWR.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language like Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes.
• Experience leading the design, automation, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
• Preferred experience with distributed systems at scale.
