What you'll do

Design and optimize antenna architectures to meet RF system goals.
Simulate element/array performance using EM and RF design tools.
Define and maintain antenna specifications at various levels.
Support prototype builds, bring-up, and test campaigns for active antennas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system strategies and measure performance.
Provide DFM and DFT feedback for antenna boards and modules.
Write design reports and present results to leadership and partners.

What we're looking for

Proficiency with EM and RF design tools such as HFSS, CST, AWR for simulation and analysis.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including calibration, software, and validation.
