Antenna & RF Front-End Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and optimize antenna and array architectures including element selection, lattice, and beam-forming strategies.
• Own end-to-end RF performance from ADC/DAC through the RF front-end to antenna radiation.
• Use EM and RF design tools like HFSS and CST to simulate element and array performance.
• Define and maintain antenna specifications and requirements at the module, aperture, and system levels.
• Support prototype builds, bring-up, and test campaigns for active antennas using chamber and over-the-air validation.
• Provide DFM and DFT feedback for antenna boards, modules, and test fixtures.
• Develop and deploy code to support testing, simulation, and validation of antenna systems.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
• Experience with distributed systems at scale (preferred).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum for export control compliance.
