What you'll do

Design and optimize antenna and array architectures including element selection, feeding networks, and beam-forming strategies.
Manage end-to-end RF performance from ADC/DAC through the front-end to antenna radiation.
Use EM and RF design tools like HFSS or CST to simulate element performance and mutual coupling.
Define and maintain technical specifications for antennas at the module, aperture, and system levels.
Support prototype builds, bring-up, and test campaigns including chamber testing and over-the-air validation.
Provide DFM and DFT feedback for antenna boards, modules, and test fixtures.
Develop and deploy code to support the simulation and validation of antenna systems.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent is preferred.
3+ years of experience in research and/or development in antenna design.
1+ year of design experience with RF building blocks such as filters, hybrids, and combiners.
Proficiency in Matlab, Python, or C++.
Experience with mainstream antenna simulation tools like CST or HFSS.
