What you'll do

Design and optimize antenna and array architectures including element selection, lattice, and beam-forming strategies.
Own end-to-end RF performance from ADC/DAC through the RF front-end to antenna radiation.
Use EM and RF design tools like HFSS or CST to simulate element performance and mutual coupling.
Define and maintain antenna specifications and requirements at the module, aperture, and system levels.
Support prototype builds, bring-up, and test campaigns including chamber and over-the-air validation.
Provide DFM and DFT feedback for antenna boards, modules, and test fixtures.
Develop and deploy code to support testing, simulation, and validation of antenna systems.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in antenna design, RF system design, or front end design.
Experience in MATLAB or Python.
Experience with one of the mainstream antenna simulation tools such as CST or HFSS.
Experience in phased array development, including antenna and RF system design (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Export Control Requirement.
