Renewals Manager, French Speaker

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts to ensure high retention rates and timely execution.
• Engage with customers at least 120 days in advance to secure predictable renewals.
• Prepare complex renewal quotes and contracts while ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers understand consumption patterns and integrate Professional Services.
• Use data tools like Tableau and Salesforce to track performance, forecast revenue, and identify at-risk accounts.
• Provide regular updates to the EMEA management team regarding renewal status and key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure a frictionless renewal experience.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of customer-facing sales, account management, or revenue-carrying experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record of quota-carrying experience with a focus on closing renewals and managing commercial outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and commercial negotiation skills for handling complex contractual terms.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dublin, Ireland.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce (preferred).
• Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology (preferred).
