Regional Segment Sales Manager, Physical AI and Digital Twins

What you'll do

• Identify and prioritize end-to-end Physical AI solutions for enterprise customers in industrial manufacturing.
• Establish and develop relationships with key CXOs and decision makers to secure customer references.
• Develop Physical AI solutions for factory planning, synthetic data generation, and robotic simulation.
• Create and provide training for Physical AI Sales Plays in coordination with product and marketing teams.
• Maintain an opportunity tracker to communicate market adoption insights, blockers, and growth strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance to account teams for high-priority Lighthouse Accounts.
• Provide customer and partner feedback to inform future product development and ideation.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of work experience.
• 5+ years of experience driving enterprise product- and software business development with major technology companies or innovative start-ups.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science with manufacturing-related 3D digital twin technology.
• Proven success in building and managing end-to-end partner solutions including business cases, solution definitions, and sales enablement.
• Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills with a history of building C-level and functional VP business relationships.
• Demonstrable experience in 3D systems, digital twins, physical AI, robotics, advanced hardware, and industrial manufacturing domains.
• Experience building and managing relationships with clients or partners in the APAC region.
• Experience in immersive 3D, CAD, Siemens/Dassault/Rockwell Automation portfolio, SDR, XR, or Industry 4.0 (preferred).
