What we're looking for
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export controlled information or facilities.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for legal and regulatory roles including corporate counsel, trade compliance, and government contract management.
Proven ability to conduct competency assessments for legal capabilities such as contract drafting, risk mitigation, and procurement regulations.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships with general counsel and proposal teams while providing data-driven pipeline reporting.
Ability to act in a consultative manner regarding market conditions and talent availability within the defense-legal space.
Proficiency in using an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) to manage candidate funnels and progress tracking.
Experience recruiting within defense technology, aerospace, or federal government contracting sectors (preferred).
Familiarity with national security clearance lifecycles and experience recruiting for senior leadership legal roles (preferred).
