What you'll do

Supervise and direct warehouse technicians during inbound operations and shipment unloading.

Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues regarding inbound freight and improve processes.
Analyze operational reports to evaluate department performance and adjust staffing levels.

Ensure all warehouse activities comply with established safety procedures and protocols.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to control and monitor daily operations.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret government clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience/training.
Minimum of 5 years of work-related experience in a warehouse environment.
Experience supervising in an automated material handling environment is preferred.
Working knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, LMS) and statistical process control.
Proficiency in PC applications and ability to analyze technical or financial reports.
US Citizenship.
