Implement end-to-end measures including cycle counting, scrap management, and variance tracking to ensure 100% accuracy.
Lead, train, and manage a high-performing warehouse team focused on compliant operational excellence.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align material availability with production schedules and demand forecasting.
Analyze usage trends and implement lean practices to optimize storage, handling, and distribution.
Ensure strict compliance with ITAR/EAR, OSHA safety standards, and AS9100 quality protocols.
Prepare for and pass DCMA Government Property Management System Audits (PMSAs).
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain management in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment under FAR/DFARS regulations.
1+ years of experience managing a team of supervisors, associates, or technicians.
Familiarity with Government-Furnished Property (GFP) administration and FAR Part 45/52.245-1 requirements.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
Ability to be onsite and local to Santa Ana, CA or Costa Mesa, CA.
