As the 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a warehouse team at the Rocket Motor Systems site to manage complex inventory including solid rocket motor propellants, oxidizers, and other hazardous materials. You will utilize ERP and WMS software systems to track inventory and provide data-driven insights. The role requires expertise in supply chain management, lean manufacturing principles, and hazardous-material handling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align material availability with production schedules while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards like DOT, OSHA, and NFPA protocols for energetic materials.

What you'll do

Manage the storage, segregation, and movement of hazardous materials including explosives and chemicals.
Develop and implement material management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee shelf-life controlled inventory programs including retest coordination and expiration tracking.
Maintain lot and serial traceability for energetic materials from receipt through final production.
Manage the site's hazardous-material training and qualification matrix for all warehouse personnel.
Coordinate inter-building material movements while adhering to safety, transport, and quantity-distance limits.
Utilize ERP and WMS systems to track inventory attributes and generate data-driven reports.
Lead a high-performing team by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain management in an aerospace or defense manufacturing environment.
1+ years of experience managing a lead of supervisors, associates, or technicians.
Ability to be onsite in McHenry, MS, or relocate to the surrounding area.
Ability to obtain and maintain site medical, respirator, and explosives-handling qualifications.
DOT hazardous-materials training or ability to complete it within 90 days.
Experience storing, segregating, and issuing energetic material (preferred).
Working knowledge of explosives-safety fundamentals, such as hazard classification and quantity-distance criteria (preferred).
