What you'll do

Manage the Engineering Work Plan and lead the Engineering Design Review process.
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) during the project lifecycle.
Coordinate design efforts between internal engineering teams, external consultants, and equipment manufacturers.
Provide technical leadership and oversight for multi-disciplinary generation projects including solar, wind, and battery storage.
Provide regular progress updates on engineering activities to project stakeholders and management.
Support construction activities and facilitate project closeout to ensure timely completion.
Resolve complex technical problems by analyzing conflicting data and identifying corrective actions.
Prepare and present reports on complex technical subjects for various stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Applicants must have an ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in engineering or a Master's/PhD with relevant experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology is acceptable if accompanied by a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
Candidates must have 2 to related engineering experience depending on the specific grade level.
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico is preferred.
Mechanical engineers and mechanical engineering technologists are preferred.
Experience overseeing multi-discipline engineering work is preferred.
Candidates must be able to travel 25% of the time outside of Ohio during the construction phase.
