What you'll do

Manage and execute engineering work plans for multi-disciplinary power generation projects across the full project lifecycle.
Lead the Engineering Design Review process and respond to technical Requests for Information (RFIs).
Coordinate design activities between internal teams, external consultants, manufacturers, and regulatory agencies.
Provide technical leadership and oversight during construction and commissioning phases of utility-scale assets.
Facilitate project closeout activities to ensure timely completion of new builds and retrofits.
Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide regular updates on engineering progress.
Resolve complex technical problems by analyzing conflicting data and identifying corrective actions.
Prepare and present reports on complex technical subjects for management review.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required, or a Master's/PhD with 2+ years of experience.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology may satisfy the education requirement if accompanied by a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
Candidates must have at least two years of related engineering experience for the entry level.
Senior roles require 4 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's, or 2 years with a Master's/PhD.
Principal roles require experience with a Bachelor's, or with a Master's/PhD.
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico is preferred.
Mechanical engineers and mechanical engineering technologists are preferred.
Experience overseeing multi-discipline engineering work is preferred.
