As a Program/Project Manager 4 within the Global Operations Group, you will orchestrate breakthroughs for Global Operations Quality AOP programs by leading cross-functional teams through project execution and strategic planning. You will manage the full lifecycle of quality projects from problem definition to release, ensuring that initiatives meet performance metrics while staying on schedule and within budget. Your daily responsibilities include performing data collection and statistical analysis, managing risk, coaching teams in process methodologies, and delivering change management for sustainable results. You will utilize tools such as Power BI, MS Project, QuickBase, and Office Timeline to provide visibility to leadership. The role requires expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies like 8D, along with familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma to solve complex quality processes within the manufacturing and supply chain domain.
Manage quality programs from initial problem definition through project planning, risk management, and final release.
Lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and field quality to execute projects.
Own the full lifecycle of continuous improvement projects to deliver measurable results.
Perform data collection and statistical analysis to inform program schedules and deliverables.
Maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide visibility on progress and risks to leadership.
Deliver change management strategies to ensure long-term sustainability for new quality processes.
Coach and train teams on project objectives, process methodologies, and quality best practices.
Communicate execution status, risks, and mitigation options clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; Master's degree with 6+ years; or equivalent experience.
At least 6 years of experience in project management or program management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
Experience in Semiconductor Equipment Operations or related industries (preferred).
Knowledge of Program Management with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies (preferred).
Experience in quality projects, processes, or Change Management methodologies (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (preferred).
