What you'll do

Manage technical projects from initiation through delivery by overseeing schedules, budgets, and risk management.
Lead cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies and select new suppliers for product launches.
Serve as the primary contact for supply chain teams to confirm supplier production capacity and part readiness.
Manage the transition of new products from pilot production phases to high-volume manufacturing.
Perform cost rollups and analyze product performance to ensure all items meet target cost objectives.
Identify supply chain risks and develop selection processes for piece parts or outsourced assemblies.
Provide feedback to engineering teams regarding design for manufacturability (DFx) and cost optimization.
Execute continuous improvement projects from inception to achieve measurable results.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, Master's with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
6+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for audiences at all levels.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP.
Ability to read and interpret product Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Knowledge of program management methods and Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures.
Experience or knowledge in semiconductor fabrication, equipment operations, or related industries.
