What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience, Master's with 6+ years, PhD with 4+ years, or equivalent industry experience.
8+ years of experience in technical program management, continuous improvement, or related technical/operational roles focused on execution and delivery.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, WorkBoard, or equivalent Agile and OKR management platforms.
Ability to travel up to 10% to engage with field users and understand customer and engineering requirements.
Knowledge of program management methodologies, Product Development and Release (PDR) processes, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or certifications is a plus.
Experience in semiconductor fabrication, equipment operations, or related industries is a plus.
