As a Program/Project Manager 4 within the Global Operations Group, you will orchestrate breakthroughs for Global Operations Quality AOP programs by leading cross-functional teams through the execution of new or upgraded quality processes. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery, overseeing problem definitions, risk management, and budget tracking while ensuring all initiatives meet business requirements on time. Your daily work involves coordinating with Product Groups, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Analytics teams to drive continuous improvement. You will perform data collection, statistical analysis, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into program KPIs. The role requires expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies like 8D, as well as familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and change management. Essential tools include MS Project and QuickBase to manage complex quality projects within the semiconductor equipment operations domain.
Oversee quality programs from initial problem definition through project planning, risk management, and final release.
Manage cross-functional execution across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and field quality teams.
Own the full lifecycle of continuous improvement projects to deliver measurable results.
Perform data collection and statistical analysis to inform program schedules and deliverables.
Maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide visibility on progress and risks to leadership.
Deliver change management strategies to ensure long-term sustainability for new quality processes.
Communicate execution status, risks, and mitigation options clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Coach and train teams on project objectives, process methodologies, and quality best practices.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; Master's degree with 6+ years; or equivalent experience.
At least 6 years of experience in project management or program management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
Experience in Semiconductor Equipment Operations or related industries (preferred).
Knowledge of Program Management with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies (preferred).
Experience in quality projects, processes, or Lean Six Sigma methodology/certification (preferred).
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master (preferred).
