What you'll do

Oversee the creation and optimization of technical product offerings, processes, and programs.
Develop project plans and manage risks to drive projects through successful release.
Manage program schedules, performance metrics, and budgets to meet business requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to identify system requirements and deliver technology enhancements.
Execute Continuous Improvement projects from inception to measurable results.
Perform data collection and statistical analysis to inform program schedules and deliverables.
Implement change management strategies to ensure sustainable long-term success for programs.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, a Master's with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years is required.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in continuous improvement or technical program management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills to deliver results is required.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for audiences at all levels are required.
Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication, equipment operations, or related industries is preferred.
Knowledge of semiconductor hardware and quality management backgrounds (5 Why, 8D, Kaizen) is preferred.
Experience with Program Management methods, Product Development & Release procedures, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
