As a Program/Project Manager 5 within the Customer Support Business Group, you will serve as a single-threaded owner managing mission-critical programs for Software Key systems, MyLam’s Closed-Loop Accountability, and CCI governance alignment. You will lead cross-functional teams across Global Field Operations, Product Engineering, and Customer Support to manage program roadmaps, milestones, and risk mitigation. Your daily work involves governing software key lifecycle processes, coordinating feature releases, and driving system modernization initiatives like cloud migrations. You will ensure technical product information is accurately tracked and compliant with enterprise policies while identifying automation opportunities. The role requires expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma. You will leverage AI and Generative AI technologies to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency within the semiconductor industry's complex lifecycle management environment.
Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs across Field Operations, Product Engineering, and Customer Support.
Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, and cross-functional alignment for mission-critical software systems.
Govern software key lifecycle processes including feature enablement, change control, and readiness approvals.
Execute the MyLam Closed-Loop Accountability system to ensure customer communication and individual accountability.
Drive system modernization initiatives such as cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and performance improvements.
Monitor KPIs and manage escalations for non-compliance regarding technical product information and reporting policies.
Identify systemic gaps and implement process improvements through automation and standardized best practices.
Deliver data-driven executive reports and updates to communicate program status and recommendations clearly.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience.
At least 8 years of related experience in project management or program management.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams with strong leadership and influencing skills to drive results.
Strong knowledge of business process development, process controls, and aligning work execution with organizational objectives.
Experience leveraging AI, Generative AI, or automation technologies to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Experience in the semiconductor industry or working with global suppliers (preferred).
Relevant project or program management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master (preferred).
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Green Belt, or Black Belt certification (preferred).
