What you'll do

Manage all phases of the program lifecycle including capture, proposal development, execution, and contract closeout.
Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs or subsystems using Earned Value Management (EVM).
Cultivate customer relationships to identify new business opportunities and support value creation strategies.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to achieve specific project milestones and requirements.
Develop strategic capture plans, including competitive assessments, teaming strategies, and price-to-win analyses.
Negotiate contracts, manage scope changes through control boards, and establish program baselines.
Conduct comprehensive risk and opportunity management by identifying, mitigating, and reporting impacts to stakeholders.
Manage suppliers and government property while ensuring compliance with security and export-control regulations.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret clearance.
Bachelor of Science degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master of Science degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience leading large programs including cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer deliverables.
Experience supporting proposal execution for airborne communications antenna systems or similar RF/mission systems technologies.
Experience using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and financial forecasting.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in diverse program environments to meet business objectives.
Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance and active SAP access (preferred).
