The Manager Programs 3 joins the Program Management organization to oversee a program within the F-35 CNI Production and Sustainment portfolio. Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs within the F-35 CNI portfolio.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve specific program goals and contractual requirements.
Cultivate customer relationships to identify and develop future business opportunities.
Manage suppliers to ensure they meet all program and customer objectives.
Measure and report on key program performance metrics regularly.
Execute risk, issue, and opportunity management practices including identification and mitigation.
Drive process improvements to enhance supplier and program performance.
What we're looking for
Active DoD Secret Clearance is required to start.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree and experience, Master’s degree and experience, or relevant experience are required.
Experience must include a background in project or program management.
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, production, field repair, depot operations, sustainment, or product lifecycle management in a technical hardware environment is required.
Experience using earned value management systems (EVMS) and risk/opportunity management practices is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint is required.
PMP, CAM, Lean Six Sigma certifications or experience with P&L accountability are preferred.
