What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience independently leading ambiguous, cross-organizational technical programs from definition through production delivery.
Strong technical understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, service deployment, orchestration, and operational readiness.
Experience managing programs with complex technical dependencies, multi-team roadmaps, and high operational impact.
Ability to analyze complex information using data to identify risks and communicate insights clearly to engineering teams and leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with networking infrastructure, data-plane platforms, or network configuration management (preferred).
Familiarity with high availability, CI/CD, release automation, observability, and reliability engineering (preferred).
