What you'll do

Own the end-to-end execution of complex AI infrastructure and GPU delivery programs from planning to operational handoff.
Develop integrated program plans defining milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
Establish and lead program operating mechanisms including weekly execution reviews and executive business reviews.
Monitor GPU fleet readiness, deployment progress, operational health, and service reliability across AI platforms.
Manage deployment governance, operational readiness reviews, and change management processes to ensure successful service delivery.
Serve as the primary escalation point between engineering and operations to resolve issues and remove execution blockers.
Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to communicate program health, KPIs, and financial status.
Establish scalable program management frameworks, documentation standards, runbooks, and repeatable delivery processes.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Experience owning end-to-end execution of complex AI infrastructure and GPU delivery programs is required.
Experience developing integrated program plans defining milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and owners is required.
Experience coordinating delivery across Engineering, Cloud Platform, Networking, SRE, and Data Center Operations is required.
Experience establishing program operating mechanisms like weekly execution reviews and governance forums is required.
Experience developing executive-level reporting and dashboards for program health and KPIs is required.
Experience establishing scalable program management frameworks and documentation standards is required.
