What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end execution of complex AI infrastructure and GPU delivery programs from planning to operational handoff.
Develop integrated program plans that define milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and key decisions for multiple concurrent projects.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Networking, SRE, Data Center Operations, Finance, and hardware partners.
Establish and lead program operating mechanisms including execution reviews, readiness assessments, and executive business reviews.
Monitor GPU fleet health, deployment progress, service availability, and reliability across current and next-generation AI platforms.
Serve as the primary escalation point between engineering and operations to resolve issues and remove execution blockers.
Create executive-level reporting and dashboards to communicate program health, KPIs, financial status, and risk mitigation plans.
Establish scalable program management frameworks, including documentation standards, runbooks, and automated workflows for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Minimum of seven years of experience in program, product, or technical project management leading large-scale initiatives.
Experience managing complex technical programs involving infrastructure, cloud services, networking, distributed systems, or enterprise software.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs while handling competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and data-driven insights for business decisions.
Ability to establish scalable governance frameworks and standardized program management processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
