What you'll do

Manage GPU NPI programs by coordinating with multiple vendors and internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Identify, prioritize, and execute a broad portfolio of functional initiatives and programs.
Plan and direct schedules for multiple programs running simultaneously.
Navigate complex dependencies between cross-functional teams to optimize the critical path and mitigate risks.
Provide rigorous management and analysis of the overall portfolio budget, including spend forecasts and historical trends.
Establish scalable frameworks, processes, and tools for end-to-end project management.
Run standups and sprint planning exercises for owned programs.
Build and maintain consistent reporting across numerous programs.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in a professional role.
Must have 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud (preferred).
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must have direct experience working with cross-organizational teams, including at the executive level.
Must have a proven track record leading high-skill teams to resolve complex and high-impact challenges.
Must be proficient in Excel (PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros), JIRA queries, and BI tools.
Must be knowledgeable in PowerPoint and Confluence.
Must possess excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
