The Program Manager 3 joins the Advancement and Rapid Throughout Operating Unit within the Space Superiority Division to support a new production program delivering first-of-its-kind operational capability. This role is critical to establishing a new product line by managing all contractual requirements, cost, schedule, and technical performance from proposal development through contract closeout. The manager leads cross-functional Integrated Program Teams, manages program resources and suppliers, and conducts risk and opportunity management. Key responsibilities include developing Earned Value Management baselines, negotiating contracts, and creating Statement of Work documents. The role requires expertise in project management, procurement, and technical performance measures to solve complex problems in the space industry. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics, or another Technical Discipline and 9 years of experience, or Master’s and 7 years’ experience.
Demonstrated experience managing program performance using KPIs, cost, schedule, and technical performance measures.
Experience leading tasks on schedule and at cost as a project lead, integrated program team member, or cost account manager.
Experience with planning, scheduling, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to qualify for Special Access Programs (SAP) at time of application.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience in the space industry (preferred).
Experience managing suppliers or producing small satellites (preferred).
