What you'll do

  • Lead requirements analysis, technical trade studies, and risk management for hardware and software solutions.
  • Coordinate the efforts of engineers, subcontract administrators, quality assurance representatives, and logistics planners.
  • Monitor technical performance baselines and take corrective actions to maintain conformance with project goals.
  • Manage earned value (EV) and budget tracking for material control accounts as a Cost Account Manager.
  • Oversee all phases of supplier performance including planning, production, testing, delivery, and sustainment.
  • Review and evaluate supplier documentation such as technical proposals, test procedures, and cost reports.
  • Manage supplier requests for waivers, deviations, and the discrepancy reporting process.
  • Verify that End Item Data Packages and Subcontractor Data Requirements List items are reviewed and dispositioned.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience (9 years for STEM) or a Master's degree and 8 years experience (7 years for STEM).
  • Experience must include project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management.
  • Ability to maintain an active U.S. government Secret clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams to achieve project goals.
  • Demonstrated experience with Systems Development Lifecycle and defining systems behavior.
  • Experience in development and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Familiarity with EVMS and experience managing budget and schedule as a Cost Account Manager (CAM).
  • Experience managing suppliers for government/DOD contracts (preferred).
  • Experience with T&M, CPIF, FFP contract types; requirements development; and technical evaluations of proposals (preferred).
  • CAM/EV Certification; repair management; DMSMS evaluations; MRP requirements; and supplier statement of work generation (preferred).
