What you'll do

Manage a subset of programs through all life cycle phases including proposal development, negotiation, and contract closeout.
Take full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) of assigned programs.
Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for the assigned program scope.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to achieve objectives.
Manage supplier performance to ensure all program and customer objectives are met.
Measure and report on program performance, risks, opportunities, and contractual compliance.
Serve as the primary interface with the customer to manage expectations, priorities, and issue resolution.
Oversee specific tasks such as fleet modifications, sustaining engineering, support equipment, or spares and repairs.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience, OR a Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience.
Related experience must include project management, program management, sustainment, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management.
Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) and use Earned Value Management.
Experience on the F-35 program (preferred).
Experience supporting DoD sustainment programs, contracts, or MRO&U operations (preferred).
Experience managing domestic and international suppliers, subcontracts, or spares and repairs contracts (preferred).
