The Program Manager 2 joins the F-35 Program Management organization within the Fleet Readiness & Sustainment Operating Unit. This leadership role involves managing a subset of programs through every lifecycle phase, including proposal development, negotiation, startup, execution, and contract closeout. The manager is responsible for profit and loss, while overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance by leading cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain. What we're looking for

Candidates must have profit and loss responsibility with demonstrated ability to achieve financial performance targets and use Earned Value Management.
Ability to obtain, transfer, and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Experience on the F-35 program is preferred.
Experience supporting DoD sustainment programs or contracts is preferred.
Experience interfacing with external customers, managing domestic/international suppliers, and performing MRO&U operations is preferred.
