What you'll do

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, or a Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years.
Must have a Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or a Master of Science in STEM and 7 years.
Must have professional or military experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management.
Must have experience in product team leadership, program management, or subcontract management team leadership.
Must have P&L experience and experience working with major prime customers.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Aerospace composite and/or advanced materials product experience (preferred).
