What you'll do

Manage a team to deliver critical subassemblies for strategic deterrent platforms on time and within budget.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and business management to achieve program performance goals.
Cultivate customer relationships to build trust and identify new business opportunities through strategic planning and proposal development.
Establish a regular program rhythm for technical, financial, and programmatic reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, and schedule milestones.
Develop and maintain master plans, schedules, and comprehensive risk and opportunity management practices.
Define, document, analyze, and trace requirements throughout the entire program life cycle.

What we're looking for

Must possess U.S. citizenship for government clearance requirements.
Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years experience, or a Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years of related experience.
Master’s degree and 8 years experience, or a Master of Science in STEM and 7 years of related experience.
Experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management functions.
Experience in product team leadership, program management, or subcontract management team leadership.
Must have P&L experience and experience working with major prime customers.
Experience in aerospace composite or advanced materials products is preferred.
