What you'll do

Own end-to-end design and execution of a resilient PNT system across hardware, software, and algorithms.
Lead technical design reviews, define system interfaces, and establish engineering standards for the PNT program.
Manage the entire lifecycle of the PNT program from concept to continuous operations, resolving integration challenges.
Ensure stakeholder alignment by managing cross-functional communications with engineering, product, regulatory, and operations teams.
Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively, developing plans before they become roadblocks in the program.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in software development.
10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
Proven track record of defining and delivering technically complex strategic programs with broad impact.
Deep technical expertise in system architectures, satellite systems, navigation algorithms, and clock synchronization.
Exceptional communication skills to present complex technical information to senior leadership.
Experience operating independently in ambiguous environments with undefined technical direction.
