What you'll do

Manage complex Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), MCAD, and ECAD system implementation projects.
Lead the technical planning, coordination, and implementation of multiple programs across the initiative.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to support specific business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for engineering teams.
Manage escalations and make trade-off decisions when risks threaten delivery quality or schedules.
Identify and resolve delivery blockers by coordinating with stakeholder teams on review processes.
Communicate project status and technical updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What we're looking for

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, and systems engineering.
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
3+ years of experience with PLM, CAD, or manufacturing systems.
