What you'll do

Manage complex Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), PDM, MCAD, and ECAD system implementation projects.
Define and prioritize product and feature requirements across MCAD, ECAD, Manufacturing, and SAP domains.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to support business goals.
Manage project escalations and make tradeoff decisions with key stakeholders to mitigate risks to delivery.
Establish and manage review processes and resolution paths for technical delivery blockers.
Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Oversee the full lifecycle of architecture, design, implementation, documentation, and measurement for program teams.

What we're looking for

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, and systems engineering.
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
5+ years of technical program management experience (preferred).
3+ years of PLM, CAD, or manufacturing systems experience (preferred).
