What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end technical program strategy for satellite power generation, storage, conditioning, and distribution.
Drive cross-functional execution across electrical engineering, embedded software, battery systems, and manufacturing teams.
Negotiate system-level trade-offs to balance performance, cost, manufacturability, and schedule against mass and thermal budgets.
Define and execute verification and test strategies for Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHITL) and Design Verification Test (DVT) campaigns.
Identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks across design reviews, qualification phases, and production readiness.
Transition power hardware from prototype stages into high-volume manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Develop strategies to improve production reliability and cost-effective scaling for a large satellite constellation.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum of 5 years of technical product or program management experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver hardware and software products.
Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers to reach system-level trades for Power Systems.
Proven track record managing complex programs, including building execution plans, defining metrics, and mitigating risk.
Experience in the development and testing of power electronics, energy storage systems, and test beds.
Experience with manufacturing test strategies, test methods, and automation.
