What you'll do

Define and mitigate software program risks and cross-team integration risks with clear ownership and escalation paths.
Resolve competing priorities and maintain accountability across all active software workstreams.
Deliver clear program status reporting on scope, schedule, quality, and risk for leadership reviews.
Support the design and release of software systems that control and monitor space and ground optical terminals.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
5+ years of experience managing programs involving critical systems, embedded systems, or flight software.
Experience driving cross-functional coordination across hardware and software teams.
Experience with software build, integration, and release management processes.
Experience managing program schedules, roadmaps, and resource planning.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent (preferred).
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
