What you'll do

Drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for flight software including release schedules, integration tests, and deployment coordination.
Act as the central coordination point for flight software builds across spacecraft computers, GNC, networking, and optical subsystems.
Manage cross-program feature development by aligning interfaces, managing dependencies, and removing blockers between hardware and software teams.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans while identifying critical path risks.
Define and mitigate software program risks and cross-team integration risks with clear ownership and escalation paths.
Coordinate with mission and network operations stakeholders to align priorities and protect team focus.
Provide clear program status reporting on scope, schedule, quality, and risk for leadership reviews.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
5+ years of experience managing programs involving critical systems, embedded systems, or flight software.
Experience driving cross-functional coordination across hardware and software teams.
Experience with software build, integration, and release management processes.
Experience managing program schedules, roadmaps, and resource planning.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
Experience in aerospace, satellite systems, RTOS, or optical communications is preferred.
