What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of satellite customer terminal products from initial concept through design, manufacturing, and retirement.
Develop and maintain a quarterly hardware roadmap by synthesizing inputs from engineering, finance, and business development teams.
Identify and mitigate risks related to project schedules, supply chain constraints, and technical hurdles across multiple product lines.
Translate product management feature priorities into detailed technical execution plans with clear scope and dependencies for engineering teams.
Author executive-level narratives and present program status, metrics, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
Manage CapEx/OpEx budgets and align financial inputs across various program milestones and product launches.
Drive system performance KPIs and track launch readiness through automated dashboards and reporting.
Influence technical architecture decisions by evaluating trade-offs between short-term needs and long-term system health.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 5 years of technical product or program management experience.
Must have 5 years of experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams while building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience with hardware product development lifecycles, including supply chain and manufacturing.
Strong technical understanding of system architecture, workflows, APIs, dependencies, and design trade-offs.
Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
