What you'll do

Own the full technical program lifecycle for satellite customer terminals from concept through deprecation.
Drive the quarterly hardware roadmap by synthesizing inputs from engineering, finance, and business development.
Identify and mitigate schedule, supply chain, and technical risks across the product portfolio.
Negotiate resources and priorities across organizations to unblock teams and increase delivery speed.
Oversee rollout processes including test and deployment to Beta/Production environments.
Write executive narratives and present progress against measurable success criteria to Directors and VPs.
Manage CapEx/OpEx budget alignment and coordinate financial inputs across program milestones.
Influence system architecture decisions to drive simplification and eliminate technical bottlenecks.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Must have experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Must have experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences.
Must have experience with hardware product development lifecycles, including supply chain and manufacturing.
Must have a strong technical understanding of system architecture, including workflows, APIs, dependencies, and design trade-offs.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum for export control compliance.
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management (preferred).
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership (preferred).
