What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for Trust, Privacy, and Safety initiatives across engineering, product, and operations teams.
Launch and scale new programs by defining objectives, identifying success metrics, and analyzing impact data.
Lead escalated risk event responses including triage, root cause analysis, and mitigation strategy development.
Design scalable data handling and control programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Establish program-level metrics and provide regular executive visibility into progress and risks.
Influence organization-wide trust, privacy, and safety strategies in collaboration with internal Amazon partners.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams while building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, and systems engineering.
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
Experience working with Data & AI technologies such as AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage.
