As a Production Technician, you will join the production team to perform the assembly and integration of mechanical and electrical components for a family of cUAS radar products. What you'll do

Assemble mechanical and electrical components for cUAS radar products using hand and power tools.
Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to build complex systems.
Integrate various subsystems into a single functioning unit while ensuring proper communication between components.
Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and technical issues encountered.
Perform functional checkouts and troubleshoot hardware or software issues during the testing process.
Load firmware onto integrated digital systems as part of the production cycle.
Conduct tests using specialized equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting performing mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
Proficiency with common hand and power tools including multimeters, calipers, and specialized test equipment.
Working knowledge of common electrical components and ability to read wiring diagrams.
Proficiency with computer use for standard browser and word processing applications.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Experience in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries is preferred.
Technical degree, RF systems testing, soldering, and Lean manufacturing knowledge are preferred.
