Production Technician, Electromagnetic Warfare

What you'll do

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components following detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to construct products and integrate various subsystems into functioning systems.
• Ensure proper communication and compatibility between integrated electronic and mechanical components.
• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and technical issues encountered during production.
• Perform validation testing on electronic components using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other specialized equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and write detailed issue tickets for identified problems.
• Load firmware onto integrated digital systems and run LabView scripts for system verification.
• Conduct functional checkouts to diagnose issues within complex electro-mechanical assemblies.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing performing mechanical or electrical assemblies.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments like calipers and multimeters.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow detailed assembly instructions.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and web browsers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with engineering and production teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing roles quickly.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, A&P license, or Forklift certification.
