What you'll do

Assemble EagleEye AR headset optical components, displays, and subassemblies using blueprints and schematics.
Build, calibrate, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems using hand and power tools.
Interpret equipment test results to support validation and perform root cause analysis on manufacturing issues.
Develop new test procedures for hardware and system integration.
Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, calibration services, and quality control issues.
Integrate various subsystems to ensure communication and compatibility while following safety protocols.
Implement best practices for electronic component handling, packaging, and storage.

What we're looking for

4+ years of manufacturing experience in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries.
Experience with PCBA/CCA handling, subassembly building, soldering, and calibration using calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
Ability to read wiring diagrams, follow detailed assembly instructions, and load or verify software.
Proficiency with hand and power tools including pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and specialized test equipment.
Strong understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) best practices and safety protocols.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and hold a valid driver's license for required travel.
U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled information or facilities.
