Join our manufacturing team as a Lead Production Technician at Anduril, supporting the production of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for military and commercial clients. This role involves leading a team of technicians to ensure efficient factory acceptance and delivery of UAS through hands-on technical work and oversight. You will use hand tools, assembly equipment, and computer systems like MES, NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, and Tableau daily while maintaining safety standards and training new operators. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in production or electro-mechanical roles, experience with ERP/MES systems, and a secret security clearance; top-secret clearance is preferred. Experience in UAS industries and A&P certification are bonuses. This position includes a temporary relocation to Santa Ana, CA for initial training before moving to Ashville, OH.
