You will solve technical issues for institutional investment software, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients managing complex financial instruments and investment management workflows.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support for Fixed Income and Derivative applications to CRD customers.
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide user guidance and training to clients.
  • Investigate complex technical problems and third-party integrations to develop effective workarounds.
  • Translate client needs into actionable feedback and solutions for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Manage sensitive or high-impact client issues with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by adhering to and refining support procedures.

What we're looking for

  • 7-10 years of experience in financial technology, including trading support, middle/back-office operations, fund accounting, or front-office trading.
  • Experience with Charles River IMS or similar OMS/EMS platforms.
  • Medium to advanced knowledge of fixed income instruments, derivative products, and the Trade Life Cycle.
  • Basic working knowledge of SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Fintech, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.
  • SIE or CFA Foundations certifications are highly desirable (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
