Product Engineer I

What you'll do

• Support structured problem-solving activities by collecting data and documenting findings for root cause analysis.
• Gather and analyze process and quality data to support CTQ identification and performance monitoring.
• Participate in new product introduction activities including data collection and protocol execution.
• Provide documentation support for process validation and qualification.
• Support raw material changes by collecting supplier data and executing test protocols.
• Maintain and update process documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and control plans.
• Document results for engineering assessments related to raw material changes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and internship/co-op experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Foundational knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys and basic root cause analysis.
• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis, including SPC and DOE concepts.
• Exposure to polymeric materials or life sciences manufacturing (preferred).
• Familiarity with DBS concepts (preferred).
• Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as cGMP/ISO (preferred).
