What you'll do

Lead the development, creation, and production of new products to meet high quality and performance standards.
Supervise the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from prototype to mass production.
Perform wafer sorting and analyze production yields.
Collaborate with the Foundry team for process understanding and Failure Analysis (FA) support.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and test plans.
Build robust Product Development Engineering (PDE) methodology infrastructures to support manufacturing.
Work with R&D, manufacturing, and QA teams to invent and enhance products.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of demonstrated expertise in product development, covering NPI, wafer sorting, and yield analysis.
Proficiency in CAD software, JMP for statistical analysis, and hands-on experience with ATE (Advantest V93000).
Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and the product rollout process.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in building robust PDE methodology infrastructures.
Experience with AI, machine learning, or GPU technologies (preferred).
Knowledge of software development and programming languages, and familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards (preferred).
