What you'll do

Develop and execute strategic platform and data operations initiatives for the Client360 initiative.
Oversee the planning, risk management, and delivery of key platform and data activities.

Optimize processes and manage foundational data workflows to improve stakeholder satisfaction.
Leverage machine learning and AI analytics to derive actionable business insights.
Ensure all platform operations comply with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
Mentor teams on best practices in platform management and data operations.
Coordinate with engineering and business teams to maintain and enhance data processes.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
Extensive knowledge of platform management, data operations, process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics.
Proven track record of leading large-scale platform, data integration, and analytics projects.
Strong understanding of platform integration techniques, data governance, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across multiple functions to drive innovation.
Ability to influence adoption of key platform and data operations lifecycle activities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking regarding platform and data operations.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
