Product Director, C360 Consumptions Lead

What you'll do

• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Lead the entire product life cycle from planning and discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices like market research, prototyping, and adoption strategies.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements to meet specific business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Develop a service strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers and internal consumers.
• Maintain and develop a service backlog that aligns with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, reliability, risk posture, and functionality.

What we're looking for

• At least 8 years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Experience driving organizational change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of business integration, data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.
• Proficiency in business process improvement, strategic planning, and emerging technologies like CRM.
• Ability to communicate complex business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working within a highly matrixed, complex organization is preferred.
