Product Director, Client Onboarding & Documents Platform

What you'll do

• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Lead the entire product life cycle from planning and execution to future development and methodology adaptation.
• Design and govern service-oriented, rule-driven architectures with clear domain boundaries and API contracts.
• Champion a "build once, configure everywhere" philosophy by designing features for reuse and asynchronous events.
• Drive platform health, resilience, and cost optimization through SRE practices and telemetry.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable technical outcomes and scalable platform capabilities.
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices like storyboarding, prototyping, and product adoption strategies.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management.
• Experience driving organizational change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Extensive experience in software product design and platform leadership, including defining value propositions and user journeys.
• Ability to build and scale reusable platform capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and shared services.
• Deep technical expertise in service-oriented architecture, API design, rule engines, and modern tech stacks like Java, Node.js, and Python.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field (preferred).
