Product Director, Client Onboarding & Documents Platform

What you'll do

• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development execution, and business growth targets.
• Manage the full product lifecycle including planning, risk management, and performance optimization.
• Design service-oriented, rule-driven architectures with clear domain boundaries and API contracts.
• Champion a "build once, configure everywhere" philosophy to create reusable platform capabilities across the enterprise.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical outcomes for cross-functional teams.
• Drive platform health, resilience, and cost optimization through SRE practices and telemetry.
• Mentor and coach the product team on best practices like storyboarding, prototyping, and adoption strategies.
• Identify market trends and conduct competitive analysis to drive product differentiation.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and drive organizational change.
• Experience in software product design including defining value propositions, user journeys, and iterative roadmaps.
• Ability to build and scale reusable platform capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and shared services.
• Deep technical expertise in service-oriented architecture, API design, rule engines, and modern tech stacks like Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience leading data architecture initiatives including domain modeling, event sourcing, and workflow orchestration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
