Senior Product Associate

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Financials capabilities to create a unified reporting layer.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify new opportunities and inform the strategic roadmap.
• Write detailed requirements, epics, and user stories to guide technical development teams.
• Collaborate with engineers on solution design and produce artifacts to enable implementation.
• Manage agile ceremonies and work daily with scrum teams to drive execution and remove blockers.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream data teams to ensure quality, controls, and operational readiness.
• Build and validate SQL-based reporting and prototypes to troubleshoot data issues and measure performance.
• Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate documentation while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives involving data analysis, financial reporting, and technology delivery.
• Ability to query and analyze data using SQL and platforms such as Databricks or Alteryx.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and messaging.
• Proficiency in documenting operating models and managing stakeholders to drive change.
• Knowledge of the firm's business landscape regarding how CIB engages clients across products and services.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
