As the Client360 - Business Initiatives Manager– Vice President, you will join the Data, Digital, & AI team as a Product Manager to drive product innovation and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing product strategies, conducting market research, managing backlogs, and tracking success metrics like cost, risk posture, and reliability. Your daily work involves executing business initiatives for Client360 Transformation, focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency while mentoring junior team members. You will utilize data analytics, machine learning, and AI to derive actionable insights across Markets, Payments, Global Banking, and Private Bank sectors. The role requires expertise in product development life cycle, data governance, regulatory compliance, and CRM systems to solve complex problems related to unifying client data and delivering enterprise-wide insights for business transformation.
Develop and execute a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
Conduct market research and discovery efforts to identify customer needs for the product roadmap.
Manage and maintain the product backlog to align development with strategic goals.
Define and track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
Execute business initiatives focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Leverage machine learning and AI analytics to derive actionable business insights.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal platforms and infrastructure.
Mentor junior team members on business analysis and stakeholder engagement best practices.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Advanced degree (preferred).
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Strong knowledge of business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics.
Experience supporting change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
Understanding of business integration techniques, data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.
Experience with emerging technologies and best practices in business analytics and CRM.
Experience in business process management or CRM systems within a financial institution (preferred).
