Director, Product Management - Platforms

What you'll do

• Own the vision and strategy for platform products to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Define product roadmaps and manage the prioritization of features and initiatives.
• Drive widespread adoption of shared platforms to reduce duplication and accelerate delivery.
• Improve developer velocity, time-to-production, and operational efficiency across the engineering ecosystem.
• Define and track success metrics including platform adoption, cost efficiency, and reduction in internal toil.
• Build, mentor, and develop a multi-layer organization of Product Managers and Group Product Managers.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading and scaling teams of Product Managers.
• Proven track record leading large-scale platforms serving broad engineering organizations.
• Strong technical background to partner with senior engineering leaders on complex platform decisions.
• Experience at a monitoring, observability, or cloud infrastructure company with knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in defining and using metrics to drive platform adoption and business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
